Abstract– The project involves the design and analysis of an induction coil heater using ANSYS simulation software. The primary goal is to investigate the thermal and electromagnetic performance of the heater to optimise its efficiency and heat distribution. The study includes creating a 3D model of the induction coil, setting up the appropriate boundary conditions, and performing transient thermal and electromagnetic analyses. Results will highlight temperature distribution, heat flux, and magnetic field strength. The project aims to enhance heater design for industrial applications by reducing energy consumption and improving heating uniformity.
