AUTOMATED PLANT IRRIGATION SYSTEM

SEEE DIGIBOOK ON ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY, VOL. 03, JUNE 2023 PP. (106-108)
Abstract– The Automated Plant Irrigation System project focuses on developing a smart irrigation solution to enhance water efficiency and plant care. Utilising sensors and microcontroller technology, the system monitors soil moisture levels, weather conditions, and plant needs in real-time. When soil moisture falls below a predefined threshold, the system automatically activates irrigation to deliver the optimal amount of water. The project integrates a user-friendly interface for monitoring and control, allowing users to adjust settings and view system status remotely. By automating irrigation processes, the project aims to conserve water, reduce manual labour, and promote healthier plant growth, offering a sustainable and efficient solution for both residential and commercial applications.
