Abstract– Transportable proxy is defined as “a programme that is sufficiently autonomous to function alone, even when the user or application that launched it is not present to supply instructions and manage errors.” Simply described, it is an application that does duties on behalf of its owner. A Transportable Proxy is an object that migrates through several nodes of a heterogeneous computer network under its own control in order to perform operations utilising the resources of these nodes. This migration occurs within a heterogeneous network of computers. A type of software agent called as a transportable proxy is autonomous, socially adept, capable of learning, and, most importantly, mobile. The Transportable Proxies is a process that can carry its state from one environment to another while preserving its data and executing properly in the new context.
